Spoke to Pat about some noise related issues related to a new water pump.  I explained the issues to him thinking I needed to do some extensive work on our place.  On the spot, he provided me some things to check on to help diagnose the issue and some things to do before performing the extensive work. I appreciate his advice, which he was more than willing to provide, rather than just coming out, doing the work, and collecting some money from me. Thank you Pat.

Found our water heater was leaking on Thursday night.  I called Fastplumbing Friday morning and spoke with Mac.  He and his team were replacing my water heater by the early afternoon!  The plumber who we usually use doesn't replace water heaters, but he was kind enough to give me a ball park of a fair estimate.  Mac's price was reasonable and in line with what I expected to pay.  Other plumbers couldn't replace it until Monday or later, and their quotes were higher.  Definitely call Fastplumbing for prompt service at a fair price!

Rick and Eric were fantastic! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. When our issue was bigger than initially thought, they were quick to reschedule to come back out the next day to make sure everything was fixed, and showed us how to prevent the problem from happening again. Couldn't be more pleased with service!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. I had a very good experience with the employee the company sent to my house . I had another plumber at my house who couldn't clear the sink drain . This guy had top notch equipment and did everything he could to clear the drain . It worked and was a huge relief to me . Also he was very friendly, and professional. I will use the Company again when the time comes.

Jose is a fantastic plumber, and to top it off his prices are very reasonable and he and his entire crew has fantastic customer service!! He's a man of his word, and he keeps his promises.

We live in a 100+ year old building, and after retiling one of our showers, our drain got badly clogged and no DIY fixes resolved the issue. To make matters worse, we reached out to several plumbers and none of them had seen an overflow attachment like the one our our bathtub. We started with hiring a different plumber (A Solution Plumbing) and they attempted to shoot some air through the drain to see if that would help but this caused a variety of other leaks which led to water dripping into our downstairs neighbors' condo and the basement! Because of this leak, they told us we would have to cut into the wall and neighbors' ceiling to replace our drain and overflow attachments. They quoted us at massive $1,500 for the repair, so I began to shop around and get quotes from other plumbers.

After getting several other quotes, we decided to go with Jose because he offered the best deal and had the best reviews. With very prompt responses (via both email and Yelp messages) he said the cost would start at $650 and a maximum of $950, and fit us in within a couple days. On the first day, he unfortunately wasn't able to begin the repair because our tub was so old, he had to put in a special order for the appropriately sized drain parts. He was very apologetic that he hadn't notice in the photos we sent, but he did everything he could do to rush the parts at no cost to us and rescheduled on another day.

When Jose had all the proper parts for the repair, he spent 8+ hours working on the repair with his team on the first day. However, because of the age of our building and plumbing, he encountered a number of non-standard challenges which required more time. Despite this, Jose still came back another day to complete the repair and still only charged us $950 despite how long our unusual repair required. In the end, he did a fantastic job fixing our drain and kept his word!!

I highly recommend hiring Windy City Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs and I'll certainly be turning to him for mine as well.

Based on other reviews, I contacted J Sewer and Drain Plumbing. I just want to confirm that my experience was excellent. They responded immediately to my inquiry. I found the man they sent out, Diego, to be great. He was professional, responsive, efficient and reliable. My experience was great from beginning to end. I will definitely call them again should the need arise.

Mike Smith from Green Tech Plumbing came in after I fired another local plumber who did a job and charged me $600, didn't fix the original reason I called.  They told me I needed another $700 worth of work to completely fix it.  Instead I cancelled their services and called Green Tech Plumbing.  Mike reviewed the situation tightened the garbage disposal under my sink and charged me $80.  They are honest and competent and the only plumbers I will call in the future.

I found the company on Yelp. My shower stopped working and I wanted free estimates to assess the issue and hopefully get it repaired. The company responded and had free estimates and dispatched a plumber out to me in 24 hours or less. The plumber was on time and called before coming. He arrived and assessed the situation and had some diagnostics or ways to attempt to remedy the situation. He was clear in the costs and what he was doing. However, my issue was more complicated than originally assessed. It was determined that to fully solve my problem my wall with tile would need to be cut to access the pipes but the company because it's a plumbing company would not be able to re-tile or put drywall back up which is not economical to me. Most plumbers probably don't do drywall or tiling so I understand. The plumber was knowledgeable and not above or scared to go into a crawlspace to look at the pipes. He wore shoe covers going in and out the house. He wore his mask about 95% of the time (I wore mine the whole visit and kept my family in their rooms to be safe). I ended up paying $515.00 for a new part in my shower knob and he did blow compressed air through the pipe. But I am still without a shower. I got a quote for $1,400 to fix the issue by cutting the wall and changing the pipes to copper without replacement of my tile or wall. I am going to more than likely get a bathroom contractor that can do it all (the pipes and tile) if I must spend that type of money. I would recommend this company for plumbing emergencies or if you are looking for a plumbing company that offers free estimates before you decide on a plumbing job.

Darrell was excellent. Pleasant, professional and very good at what he does. We were having major issues with our garbage disposal and faucet and he was able to come around and navigate the old flaws the original builders had left to fix our issues quickly and efficiently. He was very upfront about the jobs, giving us quick fix and comprehensive fix options as well as recommending honestly what would be best. Ultimately he was happy to go with what we preferred. He was flexible with his timing and always very communicative, keeping us in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend working with Sims and Sons. I'll definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Plumber went to store to pick up new kitchen faucet and installed after diagnosing issue. Can't imagine better service.  Will call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I called CJ Plumbing when the sump pump in our 4 flat failed, received a call back from the owner immediately, and had the pump replaced within a couple hours.  He (Dmitry) spent the time to ID the right size pump for the vertical clearance, and actually replaced the original with a more powerful pump based on the tech's input after arrival.  Warranties and cost of the job were clearly explained upfront.  This occurred during the Covid 19 crisis and the tech wore protective gear and sprayed alcohol on all surfaces he touched.

I highly recommend CJ Plumbing (Dmitry) .  Speaking directly with a knowledgable, dedicated owner made it a lot simpler to understand, budget and get the repair done.

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

Our ejector pump broke.  They had someone out immediately, gave us a fair price, were clean and efficient.  Can't ask for more!
